Experience authentic Greek food and hospitality. Our chefs will guide you on harvesting, drying and storing fresh sage, oregano and rosemary. You can also try making local favorites such as dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), stuffed eggplants or tomatoes, spanakopita, mousaka, zucchini and tomato fritters, and oven-roasted lamb. Learn how to make pasta and other local recipes.  Learn to cook like a native Greek.
